Yes, GST is included in the product price.

There are two payment methods accepted - credit cards and Paypal. For credit cards, Visa and MasterCard are both accepted. Your credit card will be debited with the value of the product(s) you have purchased.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via the email address you have supplied Broadband Gear on the contact details screen. At this point, Broadband Gear will arrange for your purchase(s) to be delivered via Australia Post or Australian Air Express, depending on your delivery requirements.

The delivery cost will be calculated when you checkout from the shopping cart. It will be added to the total purchases and the cost varies depending on the total weight of your order(s).

All parcels will be shipped out within 24 hours. For Silver deliveries, please allow 2-6 days for the parcel to arrive. For Platinum deliveries, please allow 1 - 2 days for the parcel to arrive.

We use two delivery methods, depending on your delivery requirements. For Silver (between 2-6 days delivery), the products will be sent by Australia Post. For Platinum or express deliveries, the products will be sent by Australia Post or Australian Air Express.

For Australia Post packages, please refer to the Australia Post website at www.eparcel.com.au and enter the Delivery number to track your shipments.

For Australian Air Express, please refer to the Australian Air Express website and enter the Consignment/Article number to track your shipments.

Unfortunately, no. Orders will only be accepted when accompanied by a valid Australian postal address.
