Are the prices of the products inclusive of GST?

Yes, GST is included in the product price.
How can I pay for my purchase(s)?

There are two payment methods accepted - credit cards and Paypal. For credit cards, Visa and MasterCard are both accepted. Your credit card will be debited with the value of the product(s) you have purchased.
How do I place an order online?

You can place your order online by following the steps outlined under the How To Make Purchases section.
How do I return a faulty product?

How do I track the status of my order?

For Austrfalia Post packages, please refer to the Australia Post website at www.eparcel.com.au and enter the Delivery number to track your shipments.

For Australian Air Express, please refer to the Australian Air Express website and enter the Consignment/Article number to track your shipments.
How will my product be delivered?

We use two delivery methods, depending on your delivery requirements. For Silver (between 2-6 days delivery), the products will be sent by Australia Post. For Platinum or express deliveries, the products will be sent by Australia Post or Australian Air Express.
I live outside of Australia. Can I buy Broadband Gear products?

Unfortunately, no. Orders will only be accepted when accompanied by a valid Australian postal address.
Is it safe to order products online using my credit card?

The Broadband Gear website is powered by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This ensures that information sent between your browser and the Web Server cannot be read by others. It also ensures that the information cannot be altered or tampered with en route.
Is my personal information kept private?

What happens after I have placed an order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via the email address you have supplied Broadband Gear on the contact details screen. At this point, Broadband Gear will arrange for your purchase(s) to be delivered via Australia Post or Australian Air Express, depending on your delivery requirements.
What is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost will be calculated when you checkout from the shopping cart. It will be added to the total purchases and the cost varies depending on the total weight of your order(s).
When will the product be delivered once I place an order?

All parcels will be shipped out within 24 hours. For Silver deliveries, please allow 2-6 days for the parcel to arrive. For Platinum deliveries, please allow 24 hours for the parcel to arrive.
