The router is ISP Independent and relies on modem compatibility.

Modems can be transferred between ISP's and will work. 

3's modems may need a firmware update which can be found on their site here.

	This product is covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty from the shipment date. Broadband Gear will replace your product if it is found to be defective, damaged or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) within 14 days of the shipment date.
